In order to provide a clearer image, infrared night vision will be activated automatically when there is not enough light in the room, causing the picture to appear black and white. When it is bright enough in the room, the camera will return to color mode automatically.
In addition, if there’s an object sitting at the near front of the camera lens, the light sensor might be affected and forced to switch to night mode.
In this case, please try to:
1) Make sure there’s nothing sitting at the near front of the camera including the camera's antenna.
2) Change the camera’s location a little bit, or open the light in the room to see if it’s improved.
