Can’t find the camera's signal

During the set up process, the app will ask you to connect to the camera’s signal.

If you can’t find it, please press camera’s reset button for 10 seconds while it’s powered on. The camera’s signal will appear again within 2 minutes.

 For GPW-1025 and GCW-1020, the camera’s signal will appear as G01-XXXXXX or G02-XXXXXX. (The last 6 characters are the same as camera’s MAC) 

For GPW-1025, please don’t plug on the Ethernet cable if you are going to set up the camera with your Wi-Fi network.
